If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 120jili immediately via the live chat support function. 120jili may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
120jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 120jili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 120jili aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, 120jili's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
120jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
